Soon at around 1:38 investigators started for the airport. Even the Chicago Police Department was involved so that Hartman doesn’t slip away since it showed that she was close to Terminal 1. The alarm got activated that was in the anklet which the Chicago police department had tied to her feet.

69-year-old Hartman was taken to the Cook County Jail again and was presented in Cook County Circuit Court on Thursday, according to her lawyer Parle Roe-Taylor. This time Hartman will not be able to post a bond or be released. Marilyn has two bonds, one is $100,000 for an escape charge stemming from her arrest on Tuesday while the other is a no bond for the violation of her parole and bail bond.

Roe-Taylor shared that even if they were able to post one bond it will not help here since she will not be released because of the “no bond hold”. He further shared that Hartman expected to be back in the court on March 22 and again on April 7. Roe-Taylor shared on Wednesday that Hartman is not mentally stable since her actions had led to a relapse of her arrest. He shared that she is continuously struggling like a homeless person from within and is up against a system that is not appropriately designed for mental health problems. Roe-Taylor also mentioned that Hartman was fine before the arrest for one and a half years and was cooperative without any such incident.  However, sadly her release is a part of what happens sometimes during a trial that has made her relapse, and therefore relapses must be addressed through treatment. Since Hartman is a person who is shown in the poor light of harming others it is quite challenging on his part as well. However, the authorities at the haven have not commented in this regard.

Hartman is a popular cause for the US citizen for getting arrested at the Los Angeles International Airport for successfully boarding a flight from Mineta San Jose International Airport without a ticket in August 2014. In 2014 when Harman pleaded no contest to the charge, she was sentenced to probation, and the next day she was arrested again at Los Angeles International Airport. Because of her continuous streak at the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix. In August 2014, s she was warned not to enter the security checkpoint without a ticket. However, twelve days later, she was arrested at another airport terminal for criminal trespass. A day after that, Hartman was again seen hovering around a security checkpoint.

Phoenix police shared that she was arrested in Florida in 2015. She was arrested once more at O’Hare in 2016 for violating her probation, which forbids her from setting foot on airport property. That led to a six-month sentence of house arrest at a mental health facility for violating court orders and to ensure that she stays away from the airport.

Hartman was arrested once more at the O’Hare in January 2018 when British officials detained her in London.  She was charged with one criminal count of trespassing and one felony count of theft after she successfully traveled from Chicago to London without a passport or boarding pass. In October 2019, she was arrested again when she tried to pass through O’Hare’s security without a boarding pass or identification.
